I work a 10 hour job, so please be mindful that I'm doing this on my free time and that things might take a bit, but I will always stay in contact and give updates!

Payments must be payed upfront.
If you need a refund that can be done during the planning/sketch stage, a partials refund can be given after I reached the rendering/color stage. Anything after that can be discussed, I get things happen and I'm willing to work with you for the best out come!
